Returns time frame
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery
Return Instructions
To request a return, please contact us at gemma@puremess.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Returns can be sent via Royal Mail or your preferred tracked courier.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
