There's a significant difference between a body wash that's marketed as natural and one that's actually certified organic. This one is the latter — Soil Association certified, meaning every organic ingredient claim has been independently verified to the highest standard in the UK.

The base formula uses coco-glucoside as its primary cleanser — a genuinely gentle, plant-derived surfactant made from coconut and fruit sugars that produces a soft, conditioning lather without the harshness of conventional sulphates. It's supported by cocamidopropyl betaine, another coconut-derived cleanser that helps stabilise the lather and further enhances the gentle, skin-compatible cleansing action.

Glycerin and saccharide isomerate work together to support skin hydration during cleansing. Saccharide isomerate in particular is a sophisticated skin-identical moisturising complex — derived from plant sugars — that mimics the skin's own natural moisturising factors, helping to maintain comfort and softness even in hard water.

Certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, certified organic mango fruit extract, and certified organic bilberry extract complete the active botanical layer. Mango fruit extract is naturally rich in vitamins A and C and brings antioxidant support to the formula.
